An opportunity currently exists with one of the world's largest providers of information technology services within their specialist IT division based in Amsterdam.
With over 30 years experience of delivering recruitment solutions to clients across Europe and North America my client is part of a major group with a turnover of nearly 2 billion.
Due to continued European expansion and the success of the Amsterdam office my client now seeks a person who is capable of managing an existing team of five. We are looking for a non-billing manager who will be use their leadership skills to maximising the individual performance of consultants.
You may already be a Manager or perhaps a Senior Consultant/Team Leader looking for the next step in your career. Either way you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record and will be passionate about leading and have the ability to motivate and inspire, implementing innovative solutions and providing a strategy for success. You will be required to grow the team, initially to 8 by the end of 2008 and should therefore have some experience of hiring.
Experience of IT recruitment (contract or permanent) would be ideal, however any markets within recruitment would be considered. Ideally you will already be living in the region; however my client is open to anyone wishing to relocate who may have the right mix of experience, attitude and motivation to succeed.
A competitive basic salary is on offer combined with an excellent commission scheme, fully expensed company car, sales performance bonuses and good benefits package.
