Regional Account Director (EMEA)

Salary: c80K basic with bonus and benefits
Elan, the global market leader in IT and Telecoms Recruitment and HR Outsourcing Solutions arm of the $18billion Manpower group of companies, is looking to recruit a Regional Account Director for their EMEA operations. The Account Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of global sales and business development strategy on behalf of one of Manpowers largest accounts. This role will be working alongside the Manpower and Elan Global Accounts teams, assisting to create a greater synergy between the two. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years direct sales and sales management experience with at least 5 years successfully selling to and managing large global accounts. IT Recruitment experience is preferred however strong sales within the IT market would be considered. Reporting between the Vice President Global Sales in the USA and the Business Unit Heads in both the UK and Australia, you will be responsible for achieving long and short term profitable sales to meet Manpowers global objectives. Further objectives include: client development, ensuring that all potential revenue opportunities are maximised including the ability to identify business opportunities for the Manpower group of companies within this account. Clear and demonstrable evidence of processing strategically focused and broadly based commercial business acumen with proven knowledge of global outsourcing solutions. You will possess the capability of self management with a flexible approach to problem solving. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic and forward thinking team as well as providing supervision and council to regional staff members working on the account. This position is ideal for someone who is a good people manager with an intricate understanding of contract/ permanent delivery and recruitment staffing solutions with the ability to liaise at board level.
