The Role-The role is based in Melbourne
In the role of Lead candidate manager you will manage a team of candidate resourcers and work alongside the account managers. Your role will be to take over existing relationships and service existing vacancies. You will also be expected to develop business rapport with internal and external stakeholders by speaking to line managers in different areas of the business and deliver to their recruitment needs.
Specific responsibilities will include:
. Managing existing relationships with the aim of being the number one supplier to each account manager
. Successfully source IT professionals
. Manage a team of 4
. No sales or business development involved!!To secure this role you should have the following: Proven recruitment experience
Experience managing a team
Strong sourcing and pipelining skills
Exceptional presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills . An eye for detail, with the ability and desire to thoroughly qualify all opportunities . A competitive nature, with a strong desire to be a leader within our business
