The Role

In the role of IT Recruiter you will work in and take ownership of the Software Development Vertical market. (Java, dot net, C++ etc) Your role will to take over existing relationships and service existing vacancies. You will also be expected to develop the account by speaking to line managers in different areas of the business and deliver to their recruitment needs. Currently there is an established contract book which you will take over and manage.
This is a HOT Desk currently producing $400k + per year. Specific responsibilities will include: . Managing existing relationships with the aim of being the number one supplier to each line manager . Forging new relationships within the account with the aim of achieving maximum market penetration of the business . Providing end-to-end recruitment services with the assistance of our candidate delivery team . Overall accountability for the growth of the account

To secure this role you should have the following

. 2 - 4 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment experience not essential)
. A proven track record of successful billing and major account development
. Exceptional presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
. An eye for detail, with the ability and desire to thoroughly qualify all opportunities
. A competitive nature, with a strong desire to be a leader within our business
