Due to continued growth in the North West, Hays Information Technology is looking for 2 talented individuals to join our office in Wilmslow. This is an outstanding opportunity to make your mark within an established and highly successful recruitment consultancy. We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals with exceptional verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail. Whilst no prior IT or recruitment experience is necessary you will need to be intelligent, and a problem solver with the ability to quickly grasp and understand new concepts.
You will be responsible for New Business Sales, Account Development, Client Visits, Candidate screening and marketing, Searching and updating the database, organising interviews, providing feedback to candidates and clients, negotiating offers and placements.
