Experienced Recruitment Team Leader/Manager Amsterdam, Netherlands
An international player is looking to recruit a strong team leader to grow and develop an existing team. This well known IT recruitment consultancy has been established for over 30 years and are market leader in their field their client list includes the top fortune 1000 businesses and they have successful offices not only in Europe but also the UK and the United States of America. The successful candidate will be someone who is sales driven enthusiastic and has excellent team leading and nurturing qualities.
Your main function will be to push the business forward and this will be achieved by developing a junior team of 5 already in place and then recruiting more staff which will impact and increase financial turnover. You must come from an IT recruitment background and be happy to be a hands on biller as well as Manage. You do not need to speak the Language but if you have experience of the local market that would be good but it is not essential. PERSON SPEC: KEY ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 1. Good Team Player and leader 2. You must come from an IT recruitment Background 3. You will need to be a high hands on biller and be able to prove past figures. 4. Have lots of pace and Energy and be passionate about your role. 5. Be able to motivate and focus a Team. 6.
