Our client is a privately owned IT Recruitment Consultancy with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. It is run by highly experienced British recruitment consultants and is a very successful organization.
The company is looking for experienced IT Recruitment Consultants who are looking to add a new dimension to their recruitment careers by relocating to Australia. The IT recruitment market in Australia is quite robust and these openings will offer you the opportunity to earn a significant salary package.
The companys existing recruiters work in vertical markets and can offer their clients a full recruitment solution as they operate dual desks.
To be of interest you will have solid experience as either a contract pr permanent IT Recruitment Consultant and will be able to show that you have both business development and account management skills. You will have a stable employment background and be able to relocate to Australia within the next few months.
The salary package is excellent, there is a competitive base salary, an excellent personal commission scheme which allows you to earn up to 50% of billings, LAFA and a relocation scheme.
