Due to increased activity and the development of new clients, the ElanRTO team have a requirement to bring an experienced recruitment consultant with either onsite experience or account management onto a secondment contract for 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years IT recruitment experience dealing within the Permanent market, be willing to travel around the London/Reading area with the possibility to start immediately. The responsibilities of this position will be to strengthen the Elan/Client relationship, managing the implementation of the new account and provide a first class service in interviewing and placing senior level IT candidates according to the client requirements.
