ElanRTO, the subdivision of Elan IT, is a leading international IT recruitment consultancy, operating from 58 locations in 17 countries. At the core of ElanRTO's success is its staff, attracting and retaining the best individuals in the market is of utmost importance. Due to increased activity and the development of new clients, the ElanRTO team have a requirement for an experienced recruitment consultant with either onsite experience or account management to work onsite for a 3 month secondment contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years IT recruitment experience dealing within the permanent IT market, be willing to travel around the London/Reading area with the possibility to start immediately. The responsibilities of this position will be to strengthen the Elan/Client relationship, managing the implementation of the new account and provide a first class service in interviewing and placing senior level IT candidates according to the client requirements.
