ElanRTO (Resource Transformation Outsourcing), the global market leader in Recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions is looking to recruit an Account Director to create, implement and manage a variety of bespoke recruitment solutions for a number of high-profile clients across the UK business function. Elan RTO is the specialist outsourcing division of Elan IT, part of the $18billion Manpower group of companies.
You will be responsible for client development, ensuring that all potential revenue opportunities are maximised. Clear and demonstrable evidence of processing strategically focused and broadly based commercial business acumen with proven knowledge of global outsourcing solutions. You will possess the capability of self management with a flexible approach to problem solving.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large teams, consisting of resourcers and Account Managers, both onsite and off. Excellent communication, negotiation and client facing skills are paramount to making this role a success. Excellent technical knowledge and first hand experience of working within the IT/RTO industry for at least 10 years is required.
This position is ideal for someone who is a good people manager with an intricate understanding of contract/ permanent delivery and recruitment staffing solutions with the ability to liaise at board level. This is a senior appointment and a unique opportunity to join one of the best recruitment consultancies in the market.
