IT Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager Basic £28,000 - £35,000 + Commission + International Travel

Our client is a privately owned search and selection business operating within vertical sector recruitment markets - Banking & Finance, IT, Sales, Engineering - and ranked in the top 2% of recruitment organisations in the UK. Currently seeking a skilled sales account manager to join their Banking and Finance team.
An excellent opportunity to join an established recruitment organisation with many existing accounts to inherit and maximise. Duties will be focused on servicing the requirements of an existing client portfolio and ensuring all possible vacancies are obtained through these existing channels whilst also proactively developing new business opportunities, retaining and developing the accounts to their full potential.
A full cycle recruitment role with the opportunity to earn unlimited commission, working on high quality existing accounts from day one.The role is predominantly office based however will involve visits to clients on site throughout London and the UK.
Requirements:
It is essential ALL applicants have previous experience of business to business finance sales or recruitment.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience and success within business development AND account management (within the finance or IT sector)
Requires the ability to work towards and exceed targets whilst remaining client focused and achieving KPI's and SLA's.
Must possess a full and valid driving licence
