Senior Account Manager - IT into Public Sector
My client are one of the largest leading global recruitment organisations, they have an extremely strong, professional and consultative brand that ensures that are very well respected in a range of blue chip organisations.
Due to expansion they are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager within their Public Sector Division. The successful applicant will be working largely autonomously reporting to the Commercial Director/ Head of Strategy. The role entails a high level of stake holder management within core national and local government key accounts. This is not a candidate delivery role, there is an existing resource function. This is a pure relationship management/ development role.
The successful applicant will require specific knowledge within public sector and IT recruitment with several years experience. Although there is a strong support network the successful applicant will need to be a proven self motivator capable of working independently. Strong communication skills (both written for preparing mini tenders and verbal for presentations) along with working to set targets and objectives are core requirements.
There is a 40 strong delivery function with specialist vertical market knowledge to deliver on business acquired, a strong network, strong brand and assigned accounts to pick up on ensure that any account manager worth their salt should be able to hit the ground running.
This is a massive opportunity for an experienced recruiter (looking to make a step up) or an existing account manager to stamp their mark upon an innovative and powerful brand looking to develop to the next level. Basic salary of £37,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience + car allowance
Strong Bonus related to growth of accounts
