Senior hire required for global player with significant hold on the middle management staffing market across Scotland and Ireland. A dedicated provider of quality personnel to blue chip firms with specialist sectors servicing multiple high profile vertical markets. Operating dual desks, business is performed at high level and on offer is your chance to inherit the IT + T team driving this to increase headcount and revenues.
Your background will include:
Inheriting a team billing in excess of £1 million you will drive delivery to clients and grow this team to 7 consultants. Partnering with the MD, you will deliver the 2008 business plan and put in place measurements for success in 2009. You will inherit a 6 figure package through your teams performance, with a base salary up to the £45k mark.
