Your remit will include business development, client care, P+L responsibility, staff training and retention, consistency of team billings and growth within the IT market. Your background will include:
• A clear understanding of the contract IT market in Ireland
• A proven track record of client development and a consistent billing history
• An understanding of people management and driving winning teams
• Strong negotiation skills at MD level
