The well established Key Accounts Division is currently recruiting for an experienced consultant who would like to take the step into Account Management. Working on behalf of a household name who are involved in the energy and utilities industry. The purpose of this role is to gain competitive advantage by building strong relationships with the clients line managers to achieve No 1 supplier status. The ideal candidate must come from an IT recruitment background with a min 18 months experience. Key aspects of the position: Working alongside the Senior Account Manager to assist on day to day tasks Adhering to the strict SLA's as agreed by the client Dealing with a high number of roles and meeting the clients expectations Reviewing and shortlisting CV's as sent through by the resourcers Searching and reviewing CV's on own accord Coaching and mentoring Resourcers First point of contact for client queries over the phone This role is not an onsite role and will not require a great deal of face to face client contact instead this role focuses exclusively on service delivery a with sense of urgency and proactive approach to building client and candidate relationships
