Recruitment Consultant - IT/Finance/Legal/HR Recruitment Consultancy - To £25k + OTE £45k - Leeds Your Profile As an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven success in the full life cycle of Recruitment, you will also have proven successful experience in gaining and winning new business, excellent Account Management and a successful track record in delivery and billings. You will also be a self-motivated individual with the determination to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Recruitment experience in any sector will be considered, however previous experience in markets such as IT, Finance and Legal would be an advantage. You will be aware of the nature of a targeted environment and the demands of a commission based role where you will be able to demonstrate your competitive nature and grow your career in recruitment. The Role The successful Recruitment Consultant will enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of the environment within this growing business. You will be responsible for using your strong skills in business development to bring on new business and grow and manage your business. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle from client to candidate management and will be eager to hit targets and earn industry leading commission.
