Recruitment Consultant - Nursing
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary neg. depending on experience - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

One of Dublin's most prominent recruitment consultancies is actively seeking a professional and experienced recruiter to join this busy and expanding desk. This is a highly competitive sector, yet our client has achieved and maintained an excellent name in this market place through a reputation for both attention to detail and standards of delivery.

The role will therefore involve the maintenance of this reputation through continued client and candidate generation and networking. You will be responsible for the further development of the brand in the market place through this relationship building, both in the short and long term.

In order to be considered for the role therefore, you must have at least one year's recruitment experience from either the nursing or scientific sectors and be able to demonstrate a track record of performance in a target driven environment. A natural flair for sales as well as the ability to time manage and prioritise effectively is also essential for this role.

This is a demanding role and as such hard work is necessary to make your mark both in the business and the market place.
