Fircroft is one of the worlds leading Oil and Gas recruitment organisations and due to expansion and restructure in London, the position of Recruitment Manager has arisen.

The role is essentially the team lead for a growing team that supports the recruitment for one of the Oil supermajors. The volume of business from this client is very high and expanding, but we are looking to grow this account even further with new recruiters and support staff.

All the recruitment is contract and technical in nature, the successful person will have a degree, a number of years Oil and Gas experience (this is a must) and be looking for their next step into management. As the role develops we anticipate this team to grow.

It remains a 'hands on' role with the Recruitment Manager leading by example, so if you are a senior recruiter this will be a natural progression.
