Technical Oil and Gas Contract Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager - Middlesex / Greenford
My client is a leading multi sector technical organisation with a strong presence throughout the UK. Your role will be a typical recruitment consultant's from winning your own business to making the booking. You will be a strong sales person but will also have the servicing skills needed to keep your clients once you have won them. Candidates must have a proven background in either temporary or contracts background ideally with technical recruitment experience, although all sectors considered. Both skills sets are desirable but my client is flexible. In return for your hard work you will not only be given support and training but will be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure and the opportunity to cross departments if that is where your aspirations lie.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Must be able to hit the ground running
2. Technical experience is advantageous
3. Ideally FM/Construction or oil and gas Blue and white collar business
4. Knowledge of the local area
5. Proven sales background and stable work history
6. Passionate about recruitment
7. Strong work ethic
8. Must have a full driving licence and own car
