The Adecco Group currently have an opportunity to join our onsite team as a Contract Consultant based at our prestigious client in Crewe.
If you come from an agency or HR background then this could be the opportunity to make your move onsite.
Working as part of the contract team you will be responsible for looking after the high volume of associates that we currently have onsite. You will get involved in everything from induction, training and day to day management of the associates on behalf of the Client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct the first day inductions for the associates on the client site
* Co-ordinate the 4,8 and 12 week reviews, in line with the SLA, of the associates with the manager
* Manage the attendance of the associates, taking and recording the initial call, updating the managers on a regular basis.
* Conduct the Return to Work Interviews with the associates in accordance with the SLA.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Administrator with regards to time sheets.
* Deal with escalated queries from the administrator with regards to associates pay, holidays etc.
* Deal with first level Disciplinary and Grievance issues and escalate to the Contract Manager in line with Company Policy.
* Co-ordinate the Temp of the Month nominations and issue the reward.
* Produce a monthly newsletter for the Associates
* Prepare and distribute the necessary MI reports to the Contract Manager.
* Attend start of shift meetings according to the rota, to maintain relations with client managers.
* General adhoc duties as identified by the Contract Manager.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
* Exceptional Organisational Skills
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to communicate using a variety of medium i.e. telephone, presentations etc
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
