You will be based on site (Well known distribution company) and will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for all vacancies across the clients sites (2-3 in East Anglia to Norforlk). The purpose of the role is to work closely with the client to ensure vacancies which are given to you exclusively are filled on time by suitable candidates that are attracted where possible from direct channels in order to reduce management time within the process, improve the quality of hire and reduce costs. Compiling enticing and engaging adverts
Sourcing active candidates on relevant CV databases and search engines
Passive' candidate research and attraction through multiple social networking sites
Networking & lead-chaining activity
Requirements:
2-3 years industrial recruitment experience filling temporary bookings.
Excellent telephone manner - clear, concise and articulate. Experience of telephone screening is essential.
Experience of High Volume recruitment
High candidate focus, lateral thinker, problem solver, able to work independently.
