RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/EXECUTIVE SEARCH/MEDICAL/SCIENTIFIC/PHARMACEUTICAL
Up to £40k basic (dependent on exp) + excellent bonus + benefits OTE £70k+
York
The Client:
·Search and selection into the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare sector
·Autonomous environment
·Great hours 9am-5.30pm
·Fantastic team environment
·Stability, very low staff turnover
·Lifestyle office based on the outskirts of York
The Role:
·Working with the Pharmaceutical sector (medical equipment, allied healthcare)
·Placing senior level candidates
·Development of new business within the UK and Europe
·Dealing with existing clients
·Autonomous environment with no targets
Required experience:
·Recruitment experience preferably from a permanent discipline
·Degree educated or equivalent
·Strong billing history pharmaceutical not essential
·Ability to recruit and operate at a senior level
·No job hoppers you must show stability in your career history
Package and Benefits:
·up to £40k basic OTE £70k+
·Excellent commission structure 40% paid over a very realistic threshold
