Due to an increase in internal work they are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager. This is truly a unique opportunity for someone who is either looking to move from the role of a Recruitment Consultant to an Account Manager, or for someone who is looking to take the first step into the Recruitment Industry that maybe doesn't want to do the external sales aspect that is required of a full Consultant. You will be working on an allocated amount of specific accounts only within the Consultancy, therefore a large portion of your role will be customer services and candidate focused. The role ·Managing and filling you dedicated clients Vacancy's. ·Account Management, oral and written communication. ·Advertising, Interviewing Candidates, Conducting Skills tests and Candidate Generation. ·Dealing with a variety of different roles within your client's needs, which could include temporary position and permanent positions. Key experience required ·The role requires someone with previous recruitment experience preferably within Social Care although the extensive training the company offers means that candidates from any discipline can really fly within the company. ·Ambitious, dedicated hard worker and forward thinker. ·Works well under pressure and are able to stay focused. ·Target Driven, decisive and excellent communicator. ·Willingness to learn and widen existing knowledge. ·Candidates will need to be motivated and excellent team players.
