£23 - 30k on experience + car allowance + ote + benefits
An immediate opportunity has arisen within a market leading recruiter for an experienced consultant who is capable of moving into an account management role. Working with some of the leading names in their sector, my client require an experienced recruiter, preferably from a permanent sector background, who has the gravitas and commercial acumen to liaise on a daily basis at board level and deliver a complex solution under deadline.
This is a varied and interesting role for a recruiter who is looking for more from the day to day role, however it is imperative you can continue to place people, so a can do attitude is required.
You will have worked within a professional recruitment sector, and have good face to face and telephone skills to perform this role effectively. You will be required to continue to fill vacancies as well as oversee a team of dedicated resourcers, so not only must you have the confidence to present and regularly meet your client, you must also have the ability to get the best out of an internal team.
