Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Training Scheme
Location: London
Salary: £20,000 plus OTE £45,000 (uncapped)
Start date: ASAP

The client
My client is looking for a high caliber graduate to embark on graduate training program with their team. The company has been established since 1990 and has gone from strength to strength. Their transparent approach to recruitment has given the company one of the strongest brands within the market. They have taken on 7 graduates in the last year and developed each graduate into a consultant billing in excess on £40,000.

The rewards
