This role involves working with local employers to secure vacancies for the welfare to work team. Working on the Work Program you will assist the centre by developing and maintaining relationships with employers in order to secure their vacancies.

You will need to be a good negotiator and have the ability to identify seasonal changes in the labour market.

Experience in welfare to work or recruitment is essential.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and national employers
• Manage employer expectations by providing a professional & efficient service
• Deliver high levels of sustainable vacancies for the centre
• Ability to manage a large caseload of employers
• A proven knowledge of sales and recruitment technics essential
• Good knowledge of the local labour market
• Assess suitable candidates for vacancies
• Provide suitable feedback to customers and advisors after interviews
• Ability to work under pressure and hit targets
• Build a pipeline of vacancies to ensure job outcomes each month
• Work with the centre manager to achieve KPI's
• Cold calling employers

This role requires you to have a clean driving licence and willing to use own vehicle. This is a 12 week temp to perm vacancy. Guaranteed permanent placement after 12 weeks dependant on performance. A CRB check will be required.
