My client is a multiple award winning recruitment group based in the UK and since their inception ten years ago they have seen consistent revenue growth, outperforming the market year on year and building an organisation that now consists of over 10 individual brands offering specialised recruitment services to the corporate industry.
With continued, planned expansion of their European teams they are now looking to recruit consultants with expert knowledge of the Belgium market. With a focus on mid to senior technology professionals into the financial markets they provide clients with a range of services including both contingency and executive search. With specialist financial market knowledge and a European wide candidate talent pool they are able to source individuals with scarce skills, placing technology professionals on interim assignments and permanent placements.
As a multi-lingual recruiter you should have an in-depth understanding of the local market and will be accustomed to providing a high level of service with the ability to self manage and the potential to grow and manage a team of consultants. We are looking for ambitious, hard working individuals that are committed to developing themselves and wish to be as successful as possible.

Support, training and mentoring is taken very seriously and there will be the opportunity to spend time working in the UK head office to gain an understanding of the company and culture.

In order to be considered for this role you must have at least one year of recruitment experience ideally within IT, showing a history of success within your last role and speak fluent French and/or Dutch and ideally English.
