The Client
Our Client has grown over the last 17 years to employ over 350 staff, they regularly service over 1000 Clients across the UK and Internationally. They are one of the leading recruitment organisations in the UK and have ambitious, well financed expansion plans for all of their specialist Healthcare brands within the Group.
The Role
You will Support the HR Director and work alongside the rest of the internal team to ensure delivery of a professional and high quality ‘best practice' recruitment service to Directors, Managers and staff of the Group. You will be involved in all aspects of the internal recruitment process and will act as central point of contact for recruitment agencies , negotiate and agree new suppliers and agreed agency rates, manage the recruitment administration process for all posts, interview all shortlisted candidates, and manage the offer process.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum of 2 years HR / Recruitment experience ?Be used to interacting with and providing a service for senior managers ?Ideally educated to degree standard or equivalent, with a knowledge of best practice recruitment procedures ?Proactive, motivated and able to work independently on your own initiative and to establish your own priorities
Basic 30-40k ?+ Contributory pension ?+ 23 days holiday increasing to 26 ?+ Private medical insurance
