Think Global Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic administrator with previous office experience to join our busy Penthouse Head Office, based in George Street with a balcony, a roof terrace, views of the Castle and over to Fife.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the role will involve providing invaluable administration support while working alongside the current administration team.  The individual must have excellent organisation skills, proficiency with Microsoft packages, excellent time management and be happy to roll up their sleeves and assist with all general administration. 

Be an integral part of this fast paced and high calibre Administration Team. Every day provides a new challenge!  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing, updating & formatting recruitment documents including CV, forms, spreadsheets etc
  • Email and letter correspondence with clients, candidates & other relevant external parties
  • Database maintenance
  • Sending CV to clients worldwide
  • Booking appointments/meeting rooms
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Data entry of candidate, clients and other information
  • Ad hoc administration duties

  

Experience and skills that are essential in this role:

  • 2 years previous experience in general administration in a dynamic and busy environment (sales background preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Confidence with using the Internet and Microsoft Outlook
  • Overall confidence and ability to learn computer packages quickly.
