In order to continue with this impressive growth and success, we now require a quick thinking and adept Researcher to join our Banking and Finance Tax Recruitment team. You will work alongside the Head of Banking Recruitment and will be involved in:
- Researching banks and financial institutions
- Advert writing
- Mapping of markets
- Interviewing candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Assisting Consultants with retained recruitment assignments
You will be fully immersed in all aspects of the recruitment cycle and the role can develop into a full recruitment consultant role should the new incumbent wish to take their career in this route. The role could equally suit an individual whom wishes to remain behind the scenes and be an integral support function.
The working environment is fast paced, lively with employees working well as teams. You should have a lively outgoing personality and be able to take the highs and the lows and remain resolute. The rewards for success in recruitment are immense and financial reward is well known.
Person Specification:
- It is essential your are a UK graduate with a minimum 2:2 grade
- You should have at least 6 months work experience from a professional office environment
- You should be a quick learner who is not afraid of client and candidate contact
- Confidence is absolutely essential
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task

Salary will range from £17,000 - £25,000 base plus bonus.
