The Role

Activities for this position may include:

- Provide primary support to the Branch Manager and Regional Office as applicable
- Oversee all office support staff
- Process Expense reports
- Act as point of contact for the Regional/District office and back office departments
- Plan and coordinate all business events and branch functions and organise branch meetings
- Act as project liaison for all Regional/District or back office initiated projects. This includes making certain that the RHI Compliance guidelines are understood and being followed
- Track all employee holiday and other leave. Process requests and forms related to absence. Arrange reception/divisional support cover during absence
- Compile weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as requested by Branch Management, Regional/District Office or other back office departments
- Act as primary support person for 4-8 Sales Consultants
- Enter Candidate information into Adapt, review CVs and reformat to house style
- Answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate
- Prepare and send correspondence, including running any requested mailers
- Process timesheets and any other payroll related paperwork as well as respond to payroll requests/queries as necessary
- Check divisional mailboxes and direct mail as appropriate
- Review jobs and approve for upload to websites
- Adhere to RHI Compliance procedures and run regular audits to ensure all requirements are being met
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by Branch Manager or Regional Office

Profile:

- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Capable of working calmly and with resilience in a high pressure, fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

As a Lead Administrator you can expect to earn in the region of £18-20,000 depending on your level of experience. Benefits include bonus potential, private health insurance, pension and share options.
