The Role

RHI Senior Sales Support provide the administrative support necessary to ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of their division as a whole.

Principal accountabilities and duties:

Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, some or all of the following:
- Oversee divisional support staff, including training new employees or existing employees on new processes and reviewing support staff monthly
- Act as support for 4-8 Sales Consultants and other branch office personnel
- Entering Candidate information into Adapt
- Review CVs and reformat to house style
- Answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate
- Prepare and send correspondence, including running any requested mailers
- Process timesheets and any other payroll related paperwork as well as respond to payroll requests/queries as necessary
- Check divisional mailboxes and direct mail as appropriate
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Review jobs and approve for upload to websites
- Adhere to RHI Compliance procedures and run regular audits to ensure all requirements are being met
- Compile weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as requested by Branch Management, Regional/District Office or other back office departments
- Run searches and reports in Adapt
- Order printed stationery and office supplies where necessary
- Attend branch/division functions
- Maintain Candidate filing and filing of client paperwork
- Cover receptionist duties as required, which includes managing company in process, booking couriers and taxis, greeting visitors, coordinating candidate testing
- Additionally, as required, process expense reports, track holiday/sickness, handle petty cash, support the Branch Manager and manage any facilities related issues
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Track employee holiday and other leave. Process requests and forms related to absence. Arrange reception/divisional support cover during absence
- Distribute information, as assigned, to the Sales Consultants.
This would include, but not limited to, back-office roll-out information and reports as per Branch Manager's request

Profile

- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Capable of working calmly and with resilience in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

- 3+ years experience working in an office environment with a lot of customer contact
- Experience in supervising staff and/or managing an office
- Experience in a highly professional, formal office environment, requiring professional attire
- Degree level qualification preferred. Minimum 5 GCSEs, grades A-C, including English and Maths.
- Fluency in English
- Computer literate, with intermediate-advanced Word, Outlook and Excel
- Typing 40wpm minimum

Salary & Benefits

As a Senior Sales Support you can expect to earn £22-24,000 depending on your level of experience. Benefits include bonus potential, private health insurance, pension and share options.
