The Role has two elements:
1.Personal Assistant (supporting UK MD)
· Helping with Induction and training including manuals and video presentation.
· Organizing diaries: arranging meetings and booking conferences
· Job Board reviews for MD
. Sourcing for sales staff as the team grows.
2.Sales Support:
· Ensuring the smooth running of the London Sales Team
· Stationery stock maintenance
· Conference calls: coordinating and sending out minutes
· Presentations/Bulletins proof reading, binding, editing, printing and preparing for sales team.
· Researching on client and candidate data and assisting the sales consultants with assignments
· CV databases uploading CVs, contacts and client data onto databases
· Research calls to prospective clients, obtaining information.
· Some phone answering
. Monitoring holiday, sickness and lateness
The Person:
· The ability to multi-task is a prerequisite.
· An eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of what you will do is also fundamental for the role.
· You will be organised and able to handle various personalities.
· A minimum 2 years experience in office administration or Sales Support work.
. Any recruitment knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
· Strong Word and Excel skills are also needed.
. English and preferably an understanding of a second language or culture
. A big personality and great communication ability
