Quest Search & Selection is a highly successful recruitment consultancy that has been established for 14 years and is known for its high standards, excellent people and industry success. We now have an opportunity for a friendly, professional and efficient Office Receptionist to join and assist the team of recruitment consultants within our busy recruitment team at our central Manchester office. This is a busy but rewarding role, where your main areas of responsibility will be telephone reception duties and meeting and greeting visitors, as well as general administrative support to the team, including generating candidate correspondence, updating database records and preparing presentations. You will also place online job adverts, administer candidate testing and arrange team events and nights out! You will be working in a busy office and will need to be adaptable, with the ability to take on varied and multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or administrative experience gained in an office environment, with good typing skills, strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Knowledge of Word is essential, whilst experience with Excel and PowerPoint would be helpful. This is a role in a vibrant office within a warm and friendly working environment.
