Job Description

The Company

Robert Half International (RHI) is currently looking for a reliable and committed individual to join our successful Guildford Team as a Sales Support Administrator. Supporting a team of consultants you will provide administrative support in this busy office environment to ensure the smooth, efficient running of our operations.

The Role

- Process ingoing and outgoing mail
- Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
- Enter and maintain candidate information on Adapt (in-house system)
- Review CV's and reformat to in-house style
- Answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate
- Maintain candidate filing and filing of client paperwork
- Adhere to RHI Compliance procedures
- Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Assist with planning and co-ordinating branch events

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's corporate office experience and have intermediate to advanced Word, Outlook and Excel skills. Typing speed should be over 45wpm.

Salary & Benefits

£17,000 to £19,000
