Non sales recruitment role!!!!
My client is a very well established healthcare recruitment consultancy and they are currently seeking a recruitment coordinator/administrator for a role in their office in Barnet, North London. The role is recruitment but does not involve sales.
You will be tasked with supporting the Director in attracting/sourcing and interviewing care workers, dealing with compliance and retention of staff. You will also be involved in reviewing business processes and analysing any processes that are not working and putting proactive solutions in place. Whilst the role is not a hard sales role, you need to be confident and will need to have the ability to coordinate people.
You will have natural intelligence, good personal organisation, be confident and be an effective coordinator/administrator. You will also be involved in recruitment open days at colleges, attending open evenings and conducting pre-registrations.
Recruitment experience within the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
