hyphen currently has an exciting opportunity to join our team based at our head office in London to work on a Global Project. This is an excellent opportunity to make your first step into an in-house role, add to your experience and have access to a wealth of opportunities within the Adecco Group.

As part of a dedicated recruitment team, you will be happy working in a fast paced environment and skilled at building relationships with potential candidates.

The main responsibilities will be:
* Dealing with high volumes of applications in a timely manner
* Monitoring the internal inbox and keeping on top of the volumes of applications being received
* Sifting CVs and short listing suitable candidates for the next stage in the process
* Conducting competency based interviews over the phone
* Booking suitable candidates onto assessment centres across Europe
* Updating the database and providing regular updates to your line manager

Candidates should come from a recruitment background- either in a Recruitment Administration or Recruitment Consultant capacity and ideally have experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns. You should be confident conducting telephone interviews and comfortable working at high pace in a demanding environment.

Due to the urgency of the requirement we are looking for candidates who are available for an immediate start and who can commit to a contract until June 2012.

In return we offer a competitive salary, bonus on completion of the contract and the opportunity to work for an industry leading RPO.
