Recruiter / Resourcing / Recruitment Team Leader £35 - £40k per annum + benefits

Term: Permanent

Based: Bristol

The Resourcing / Recruitment Team Leader will work in this busy recruitment agency providing managerial support to the team and developing strong working relationships with customers, candidates and suppliers. The Resourcing / Recruitment Team Leader will lead daily and weekly meetings, scheduling workloads, setting priorities and agreeing, monitoring and reviewing targets to ensure maximum operational efficiency of the staff and office.

Our client is a leading national recruitment organisation based in the UK with operations spanning a number of specialist sectors.

The Recruiter / Resourcing / Recruitment Team Leader will be able to demonstrate previous success within the recruitment sector and a full understanding of the end to end resourcing / recruitment cycle. Knowledge of Competency Based Interviewing, strong IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, recruitment / candidate database software) and excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to perform in a pressured environment. Experience gained in the field of marketing, communications, public relations (PR), media etc would be particularly relevant for the role.
