THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will inherit a multi function recruitment business that is experiencing phenomenal and unprecedented growth across all of its business units. 18months of significant investment through the GFC has paid dividends for the group and 2010 has seen them take market share through drastically increased headcount and an existing, loyal and broad portfolio of clients.

You will be tasked with driving the next phase of growth whilst maintaining the status quo amongst a talented management team. The role will suit an energized client facing, business development orientated MD who is also able to think strategically and provide operation al support to support the front office. The role offers significant opportunities for career growth, the senior management team are some of the very best in the industry and the scale and scope of the role will certainly provide a match for even the most ambitious individuals.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a strong proven track record in senior management roles within the recruitment industry with a proven track record of managing through managers. Ideally you will have experience of various recruitment disciplines, banking and FS, the technical markets and the contract or interim markets. You will be a passionate client facing BD driven MD that has the ability to inspire and develop senior talent in the industry.
