THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will be responsible for the driving the IT recruitment function across the region for this well known professional agency. You will work alongside country heads to build an IT recruitment team strategy across all Asian offices, this will include cross pollination with clients, Business development including tenders and psa pitches, ensuring consultants are drawn together as a team, providing a cohesive research strategy, that best practice is used within the company database and ultimately that the brand is maintained as a premier provider in the IT recruitment market.

The business is a pan regional agency specializing in mid to senior placements across the IT banking and finance verticals. They are especially well known in IT banking and commerce with good brand equity in those markets, strong relationships with some enviable clients and a strong contingent of staff across Asia. The management are veterans in the recruitment industry; the business is well funded and profitable.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a strong manager with specific experience in IT recruitment. You will have good knowledge of banking but equally you will be able to drive an IT commerce business with peripheral understanding of international markets like logistics/oil and gas/healthcare.   You will have a proven track record in building businesses and ideally in multiple locations.
