Branch Manager - Industrial - Birmingham
The Package:
Basic to 30K depending on experience and ability. Company car or Allowance. Annual leave of 21 days per annum, which rises to 26, after a qualifying period. Our client also offers full training and REC qualification sponsorship. £100 is offered for personal development as is to be spent on an activity which is not work related. Other benefits offered at senior levels are pensions, company car/car allowance and life assurance.
The Role:
To take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a new recruitment branch and specifically to focus on the achievement of pre-set activity levels, achievement of budget and leadership of a growing team. Taking a pro-active approach, leading by example in all aspects such as sales activities, developing a network of contacts, attend business functions. Fully focus on raising the profile of the branch, building effective relationships with existing and/or potential clients, ensuring at all times that your team are motivated in effective acting as a role model. Empowered to ensure that all clients and candidates are provided with an exceptional level of service and that the team understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
Experienced Branch Managers within Industrial/Food Recruitment will be considered for this prestigious role. You will of course have Supervisory/management experience gained within the recruitment arena, be a strong team player/relationship builder. You will be KPI driven and able to influence and achieve set targets throughout the branch.
The Person Spec:
Ideally we are seeking strong sales recruitment professionals/Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager who have the potential to build and manage a small team.
Individuals will be target driven, upbeat and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit and have exposure to running large on site accounts coupled with an exposure and track record in pro active new business development with strong account manager skills for management/development of existing client base.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge within the Industrial Recruitment industry across the Midlands.A solid track record of consistent personal revenue generation is essential.
