Branch Manager - Industrial or Catering Birmingham

The Package:
Basic salary 18-28K plus bonus no threshold in the first 6 months. Working hours 7.30am to 16.45 pm (16.30 on Fridays) 20 days annual leave. Career Progression.

The Client:
Our client supplies a cross section of skilled, semi skilled and unskilled labour within the Industrial market - distribution, production, manufacturing, councils etc. They generally supply the following FLT Drivers, Warehouse Staff, Production Line Operatives and refuse Loaders, Cleaners and genneral labours and Site Staff.

The Role:
This is a virtual start up role in this new location for a Midlands based Recruitment Agency covering Industrial and Catering Recruitment. The brief will be to generate sales and new business for the branch to promote the addition of revenue and contracts - good client relationships etc.
The team will be growing along side the rbanch and you may from time to time be expected to work in their other branches all situated within the West Midlands area.
This would suit an experienced BM looking to make their mark on something new or indeed a team leader seeking their next move up the recruitment ladder.
