The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around £27K-£32K with an uncapped sales bonus, 5 weeks paid holidays plus all public bank holidays, a fantastic office and supportive environment and free health care.

Our client who is established in 2000 is a specialist Education Recruitment Company. They have an excellent reputation in the Education sector as they are both customer focused and they provide an excellent service to both schools and teachers.
The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will have a reputable experience in the education sector, however extensive knowledge of any sector in recruitment is acceptable.
You will have excellent negotiation skills, fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written, and have an excellent ability in sales both on the phone and face to face.
