Singapore Based

Package to $20,000 SGD a month

THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will be spearheading growth for a well known International agency across the SE Asia region. Your remit will be to strategically build revenue through line management, talent acquisition and cross pollinating client relationships from overseas office. The firm has grown through acquisition and organic growth to reach an impressive portfolio of service offerings including mid to senior professional recruitment which is the business unit that you will be responsible for. Liaison with the other service lines is a must to ensure maximum client penetration. The group has an impressive story with exceptional leadership, a truly international platform and an array of blue chip clients all of which combine to produce significant revenues and profits, in turn leading to the ability and appetite to invest.

As country director you will be linked with the firms shared service function who offer the full suite of operational support, first class IT systems, branding and marketing, finance, training and administration. Your time will be spent top down selling, ensuring that every opportunity to cross sell the brand is maximized, most importantly you will be responsible for hiring, training and developing a team of professional managers and fee earners.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a solid background in white collar, professional recruitment with good personal brand equity in your respective region. Along with this will come a proven track record in hiring and developing teams with the usual attributes that success in doing this requires: the ability to develop high level strategic relationships, the charisma and credibility to attract high caliber talent, the intuition to develop and EQ to develop that talent and the operational shrewdness to run a tight $ business.
