Recruitment - Recruitment Area Manager - Aberdeen:
The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around £35k Basic, plus a £4,800 car allowance) Additional Benefits: 5% non-contributory Pension + Healthcare.
The Recruitment Brief:
Our client is currently seeking a strong Area Manager to over see 4 Industrial branches within the Aberdeen area including (Bell shill, Paisley and Glasgow). The successful candidate will have previous multi-site experience within this role and a good working knowledge of Industrial Recruitment.
Your main aim will be to maximise branch gross margins and branch operating profit through the management of every business transaction reflecting the values of our client.
The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will be of strong character. Candidates must be able to show excellent business acumen and the ability to recruit and develop branch teams.
