Regional Manager - North Asia

Hong Kong Base

International Brand

Significant Package to include

Excellent Base, market leader OTE, equity

 

THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will inherit a successful established yet small team, positioned for growth and awaiting an MD to take them to the next level. The brand is a niche international agency with a portfolio of strong offices around the world, the North Asia office is one of the smallest in the group and ironically it's the office with the biggest opportunity and the most demand from clients.

You will dovetail with overseas blue chip clients and be responsible for cross pollinating relationships into China and Hong whilst also implementating major account strategies onsite. The firm has a strong culture with dynamic, professional teams and real penetration into core vertical sectors. You will be expected to hire against this culture, groom, mentor and train new staff whilst leading from the front.

 

ABOUT YOU

Experience in Asia is ideal but not essential, as a minimum you will have a strong interest in the region and the adaptability to be able to immerse yourself into business culture. You will have a demonstrable track record of building recruitment teams in a lead from the front capacity. Some experience of technical recruitment would be an advantage.
