My client is a leading boutique recruiter backed by one of the best group infrastructures in the current recruitment market. The current owner is looking to take a step away from the hands on management, and is looking for an experienced director to take over the management of the company as a non-billing managing director.
They focus on the IT, digital and marketing sectors, and are currently doubling their headcount. Their average biller is hitting 250K, with top billers currently hitting the 600K mark. Most consultants have been headhunted from larger competitors, forming an elite group of recruiters. It is vital that the MD coming in will command the respect and have the gravitas to look after and develop the team.
You will have 5 senior managers reporting into you initially.
The key incentive will be an EMI scheme that is being put in place. Salary flexible for the right individual.
