THE COMPANY AND THE JOB
You will be instrumental in forming the core management team in a successful privately owned boutique recruitment company with its Asian headquarters in Singapore. You will work hand in hand with the country director across all areas of the business to include: sales management, business development as well as operational duties.
From a day to perspective this will include:
Hands on management of a team in one of the firms three disciplines
Personal billing and client interaction
Helping the country head to win strategic supplier agreements
Reviewing training plans, budgets, routes to market, looking for strategic growth opportunities
The business is a highly successful, well respected agency with a brand name in its core markets. Founded in 1999 the company has seen its headcount, revenue and profitability grow year on year all of which have been utilized to gain market share. The management teams are a well rounded trio with highly complimentary skills. The two day to day MD's are polished, sharp and driven with an eye for opportunities for strategic growth.
ABOUT YOU
The business typically hires well educated, polished, consultative yet sales driven consultants who able to represent the business in front of clients. For this appointment Asia experience is a must and preferably from Singapore. Along with that you will be well connected in the market with a solid portfolio of contacts within your core industry. Ideally you will have experience of either the IT banking or banking ops markets. You will be hands on and happy to lead from the front, you will also be an inspirational leader with a track record of team building.
