Job Description

Operations Director - Singapore CBD

Base to $150,000 SGD

Significant Commission and Bonus

THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will inherit an existing network of offices recruiting in the contingent market and all based in Singapore. Your remit will be to operationally manage the business's via line management to include business development ( pitching and tendering for large chunks of business ) staff recruitment mentoring and training, overseeing the back office infrastructure and in general being responsible for the group p and l. The role reports into the board.

The firm is well respected in their various markets; they have a strong trading history, significant cash to invest and are very prepared to make significant strategic investments for a medium term return. You will be backed up by best of breed infrastructure / shared serviced and visionary dynamic senior management.

ABOUT YOU

From your side you will have experience of managing and inspiring a team of minimum headcount of 20. You will have experience in the contract and temp markets and will have a good understanding of working in a corporate environment - reporting lines etc.

This role is open to strong candidates from overseas whereby relocation will be available.
