That's where you come in.
We need an enthusiastic, down to earth and hungry sales professional with the discipline and motivation to succeed in what is the competitive recruitment market who can lead and inspire their colleagues to perform to the best of their abilities. This is not a pure management role as we believe that you can only lead by example in a sales environment. With this in mind, you will be targeted along with the rest of the team and will be expected to develop new business and actively manage existing accounts as your colleagues would do.
Responsible for generating appointments with prospective clients, you will attend meetings to promote our Attract and Engage Service and make appropriate recommendations on the most appropriate Blue Octopus solution based on client needs. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to not only be involved in the sale and promotion of our services, but also the delivery; working closely with our Client Delivery team throughout the recruitment process to deliver our fantastic service, you will help to ensure that long term partnerships are developed between clients and Blue Octopus.
This role is ideal for individuals who have strong sales careers and would like further progression into a leadership and management capacity where they can share their skills and experience with others by acting as a mentor.
Recruitment industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full service training will be provided through a structured and supportive training programme. All that we ask is that you are not afraid to get on the phone to develop your region to its full potential and that you have the motivation to push for new business every step of the way.
